I contacted Alex and he responded immediately. He arranged a time to come and check on the job and arrived on time. Within. 10 minutes of leaving he had sent me a quote and within another 5 minutes of me accepting the quote I was booked in. Alex came and did the job on the date and time we agreed which was the removal of an old iron wrought gate and fence and replacing it with a 6ft wooden gate and fence I am delighted with the finish. It looks great and so sturdy. I will be using Alex as my first port of call for any future carpentry jobs

Alex was amazing from the get go, he answered every question we had & talked us through the process of what he needed to do. The work carried out at my house looks very professional and we are very happy with the results. We will be using ASL carpentry again 1000%!

Alex came and gave me a quote to build a wardrobe a cupboard in recess and over the stair well .The quote was very reasonable .He came on the day he arranged.He worked constantly for two days even though he didn't feel too well on the 2nd day .The job over ran slightly but he came back on Easter Sunday to finish off. The work was done to a very high standard.and the finished wardrobe and cupboard look amazing.Just need to paint now . He cleaned all the mess ,took away the old built in wardrobe.He is friendly and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend him for any carpentry.

Alex was great through the whole process and happily answered my many questions. I'm really pleased with the work that he completed and how tidy he left my property afterwards. I've booked him back in to do some more work on a smaller scale and was really impressed with how he dealt with a little hiccup we had. I'm now saving up so I can get him back to do more work and would highly recommend him.

This is the second time Alex has come and done work in my property and we are over the moon with the work he has carried out again. From the initial planning process of our brand-new kitchen, Alex was quick and prompt and immensely helpful with organising and planning how the removal and installation will go and coordinating with the relevant trades people. This took an immense pressure away from us and put our mind at ease from the get go. The kitchen itself was immaculately done and any little hiccups were quickly resolved. Alex went above and beyond what is expected of a tradesmen and without a doubt I would get Alex to complete any work in my home or recommend him to anyone. He is so professional, prompt and hard-working. No question is a silly question For him and he will respond to any queries which is so reassuring alongside him being such a lovely man. I had Alex in today doing a couple jobs and he was first class all the way and I can’t recommend him enough! The man works hard and pushes himself to get the best finish for the client. Alex's carpentry company I couldn't recommend highly enough! At the start he was quick with coming to quote up and get back to me with one. Communication was so easy and he put my mind at ease with any queries and explained the work being undertook and made sure I was happy at every stage. He was punctual, and cracked on straight away and worked throughout the day. It took two days to frame and fit two double doors in an open plan living and dining room and it looks absolutely brilliant. The workmanship is second to none and is flawless. He then tidied up and cleared all the mess and rubbish away, so wouldn't even know work had even been done. I can't thank you enough Alex and was worth every penny. I look forward to having more work completed by you in the future!

Alex helped me with my house refurb, he completely transformed it and his attention to detail is next to nothing ! Instead of buying a new kitchen he asked me to get the kitchen cabinet doors repainted and he took care of the rest this involved new door handles, straightening and reinforcing the old cabinets and added some skirting for a flush finish till this day the cabinets still look new Alex also removed the old skirting and added new skirting boards throughout the house again with a perfect finish (the house isn’t new so some of the angles were difficult to work with ) And finally he transformed the garden with the new fencing and some ground work adding some sleepers to separating the soil from the concrete, the fence is still solid even though the winds this year have been strong If you someone who is punctual, with good communication skills, excellence quality and good value for money I highly recommended him
